Last week, we went into ICC looking to do more of the usual. Kill everything we touched and grab some loot. We killed the Blood Princes very easily with a new style of tanking on it (a DK took the shadow boss and another double tanked the other two). After the princes went down fairly easy, we decided to take a shot at Lana'thel for the first time on 10 man. We had some experience with her on 25 man the previous week with Mutiny. She was rough during the whirl but seemed okay outside of that. We thought it would be a good idea to try her on ten instead of smacking our heads against Sindra. It turned out to be a wise choice. With the information provided by a few of the people who'd done her before, we BDS one shotted her (took 2 attempts but killed her in the first night of trying her). It was surprisingly easy and probably required the least amount of attempts to learn her than any other boss recently. Credit goes to our experience with her on 25. In the 10 man version, with priests around and a tremor totem, she was amazingly easy. We had very little procedural issues with her and should be farming her every week while working on Sindra/Prof/LK.
